Orders & acceptance
An order is confirmed once we review it and mark it Confirmed in your order tracker. Stock is reserved during checkout; abandoned reservations are released automatically so other collectors get a fair shot.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka and may change between import batches. If a listing contains an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and fully refund the order — we'll always tell you why.
Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, and BanglaQR. Prepaid orders ship after payment verification. Repeated refused COD deliveries may require prepayment on future orders.
Authenticity guarantee
Every piece is sourced directly and inspected before listing. If an item we sold is ever shown to be inauthentic, we'll refund it in full — no time limit.
Liability
Delivery estimates are estimates; courier delays beyond our control can happen. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We may update them from time to time — the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
