Zones, timelines & charges
We deliver nationwide. Inside Dhaka orders arrive within 24–48 hours (৳60). Orders outside Dhaka arrive within 2–4 business days (৳120), tracked from dispatch to doorstep. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your selected zone.
Processing time
Orders placed before 6pm are packed the same day and handed to the courier the same or next business day. bKash and BanglaQR orders are dispatched once the payment is verified — usually within a few hours.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by SMS (and email if provided). You can also follow every step — Pending, Confirmed, Packed, Shipped, Delivered — from My Orders.
Packaging
Carded pieces travel in protectors; everything is double-boxed with corner protection and void fill. If a courier could drop it off a roof and your card would still be mint, we've done our job.
Failed deliveries
The courier attempts delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the order returns to us and we'll contact you to rearrange — redelivery charges may apply for COD orders.
