Eligibility
You can return any item within 7 days of delivery if it's unopened and in the condition it arrived — seals intact, blister uncut, card unbent. Contact us with your order ID to start.
Damaged or not as described
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match the listing, report it within 48 hours of delivery — an unboxing photo or video helps us resolve it in one message. You choose: a free replacement (stock permitting) or a full refund including shipping.
How refunds are paid
bKash and BanglaQR payments are refunded to the same account within 5–7 business days of approval. COD orders are refunded by bKash Send Money to the number on your order.
What can't be returned
Opened blisters, cut cards, and items damaged after delivery aren't eligible — condition is everything in this hobby, and we can't resell an opened piece as mint.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order free of charge before it's dispatched — from My Orders or by messaging us. Prepaid amounts are refunded in full.
